Guests enjoy 1 hour of complimentary daily access to the wet circuit (pool) and fitness room (advance booking required). Access is subject to availability and may be limited during peak times.

Essential Information for Your Visit to Dom Spa

PLEASE CONSULT THE USAGE GUIDELINES TO ENJOY THE FACILITIES IN TOTAL COMFORT AND SAFETY.

REQUIRED ATTIRE

Swim cap, flip-flops, and swimsuit/bikini are mandatory in the wet area.
Proper sportswear and footwear must be worn in the fitness room.
Children under 4 years old—or not yet toilet-trained—must wear waterproof swim diapers.

RESERVATIONS & ACCESS

Advance booking is required for the wet area (pool). Guests are entitled to 1 hour per day. Please call (+351) 249 539 330 or book at the front desk.
Entry is subject to capacity limits to ensure a peaceful atmosphere.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and may only access the spa after 4:00 PM.
Towel cards are provided at reception. A €15 charge applies for lost cards.

BEHAVIOUR & SAFETY

Please keep noise to a minimum and respect the peaceful environment.
Photography, shaving devices, and depilatory tools are not allowed.
Phones must be kept on silent mode.
Diving is not permitted. Note: the pool is unsupervised.
The hotel is not liable for misuse of equipment or loss of personal belongings.

MASSAGES & TREATMENTS

Advance reservations are strongly recommended and subject to availability.
We advise arriving 45 minutes early to fully enjoy the spa amenities.
Late arrivals may result in shorter treatment durations.
Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice will be fully charged.
A short intake form will be requested before any treatment.
Please inform us if you are pregnant, taking medication, or have any relevant health conditions.
